What we collect

If you book a demo we collect your work email, and any name, company, role, or note you write. We use that only to reply and decide whether a walkthrough is the right next step. We send one receipt email to the address you entered. We do not sell this data. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Resend sends the request from alerts@gccsignal.com to our inbox, sends you a receipt, and stores the contact so we can handle the request. That contact is marked unsubscribed from marketing broadcasts.
• Hostinger holds human mailboxes such as hello@gccsignal.com.
• Clerk authenticates invited users on app.gccsignal.com when that host is configured. The public site does not create Clerk accounts from this form.

Some of those processors store data outside the UAE. The form is how we take your request; we cannot operate the site without them.

Cookies

gccsignal.com does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not load marketing pixels. If you later sign in on app.gccsignal.com, that host sets a session cookie required to keep you signed in.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept in our inbox and as a Resend contact for as long as we need them to handle the request, then deleted or archived with ordinary mail retention. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing hello@gccsignal.com.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the personal data we hold about you from this site, and you may object to our handling of it. Email hello@gccsignal.com. This notice is written to match how the site actually works, including UAE PDPL expectations for a clear statement of purposes, processors, and rights. It is not legal advice.
