These terms cover the public website at gccsignal.com, operated by GCC Signal (Dane Lawrence). The working console is a separate invite-only service. If we sign a written agreement with your company, that agreement wins over this page.
The public site
gccsignal.com explains the offer and takes contact-sales requests. Submitting the form is not a contract, a trial, or access to a pipeline. We may reply, decline, or ignore a request that is not a fit.
Invite-only access
There is no public signup into a pipeline. If we invite you, you receive access only to the organisation you were approved for. You must not attempt to open another company’s book. Credentials are personal; do not share them.
What this is not
GCC Signal is not a general CRM and does not send outreach on your behalf from this website. Information on the public pages is a description, not a warranty of results, coverage, or availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, probe other tenants, submit others’ personal data without a right to do so, or use the service for anything unlawful in the UAE.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, in respect of the Emirate of Dubai, the applicable federal laws of the UAE. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a signed customer agreement says otherwise.
